I’m not here to show you how to be stronger. You’ve already proven that you are. I’m here for the women who learned to survive early, who became capable, reliable, and “the strong one.” The ones who held it together so well that no one noticed what it cost them.
My work lives in the space between strength and softness—where nothing needs to be proven, and nothing about you needs fixing. This is a place to rest without disappearing, to be vulnerable without being weak, and to be yourself without apology. It’s a place to connect with other women who understand what it’s like to be a strong girl and to learn new ways of being that are more sustainable and fulfilling. It’s a place to heal, grow, and thrive.
I faced my past, my mistakes, and my fears, and chose to embrace self-acceptance.
I used to think strength meant pushing through everything, no matter how I felt. People saw confidence, but I felt constant stress.
What I didn’t see then was that my nervous system had learned survival, not safety. Rest felt unsafe. Slowing down felt risky. Softness felt optional.
This work began when I stopped asking how to keep going—and started asking what it would feel like to finally let go.

Many women are conditioned to prioritize coping over healing, taught that rest is a luxury, and that needing support is a sign of weakness. This can lead to Strong Girl Syndrome, where women feel pressured to constantly perform and fix things. This space is about redefining strength, allowing strength and softness to coexist without pressure. It’s about stepping out of survival mode and embracing a way of living where vulnerability is valued, and self-care is a priority. It’s about finding freedom in authenticity and releasing the need to constantly prove oneself.

I use language, presence, and nervous-system–aware work to help strong women feel safe enough to rest, soften, and reconnect with themselves—without losing their edge or sense of self.
Strong Girl Syndrome exists to create a grounded, honest space where strength doesn’t require self-abandonment. This work is about understanding survival patterns, honoring what they protected, and gently loosening what no longer serves.
